Krissys Over The Mountain Crochet

Small Square Lace Nesting Basket

Who doesn’t love a small nesting basket? This basket is fast to crochet since you are holding two strands of worsted weight yarn. It is 6″ x 6.5″ square, 22.5″ around and 3.75″ tall. The free crochet pattern is below and there is a crochet pattern for a matching toilet paper cover here on this blog. It is so pretty!

This small square nesting basket is super fast and eat to crochet. It is a compliment to the Large square nesting basket.

I really enjoy making baskets. Some of my favorites are the Sunspray Cube Cover and I really enjoy the Candle Light Lace Storage Bin Cover. A few years ago I made another set of baskets with a drop over lace. Annie’s picked it up and it can be found in their book of basket crochet patterns. A couple of years after that I designed a toilet paper cover to match and complimentary jar covers as well.

The Victorian Lace Toilet Paper cover is easy to make and adds a bit of beauty to your home.

Thank you Juliana! The possibilities are endless…especially if you add embellishments! Like ribbon, buttons…use neutral tones and throw some burlap, twine and wooden buttons. The possibilities are endless!
