Caramel Snickers Coffee – Happyccino Easy Recipe

You will want to try this Caramel Snicker’s Coffee Drink. I call it a Happyccino. It has a whole packet of Swiss Miss hot chocolate along with the Folgers Instant coffee, but the Snickers creamer and Hershey’s caramel topping is what makes this Happyccino special. You might want to get a huge coffee mug to make this sweet treat.

The journey making Happyccino’s started when I was a young mother and I needed a little afternoon pick me up. When that afternoon slump hits hard and fast a Happyccino is my go to drink. It gives me a boost of energy and it tastes so good! A good mug rug is always helpful when drinking any kind of coffee. If you love the mug rug in the photo as much as I do, you can find the pattern on this website. You can always find my Free Crochet Patterns in the categories in the Menu bar.

Cararmel Snickers Coffee

This is my second Happyccino Recipe. I shared my first Happyccino in my FB group, and on Instagram. it received an overwhelming response. It was a hit. I was writing the crochet pattern for the Simple Shells Baby blanket that day, and a pick me up was needed. When I set the coffee treat down next to that blanket I had to snap a picture. It was a fun photo!

When my husband brought home Snickers Creamer and Caramel Ice Cream topping I thought…with my finger in the air, time to try out a new Happyccino recipe, and boy was I happy. Those first few drinks when you pull the coffee through the whipped cream and caramel is heavenly. This coffee drink actually stays heavenly to the last drop.

HAPPYCCINO RECIPE

1 packet of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate Mix (I don’t recommend other hot chocolate)
1.5 – 2 tsp instant coffee (I prefer Folger’s)
2-3 tsp Snickers Coffee Creamer
1 1/4 cups of hot water or use large cup feature on Kuerig
Large dollop of Cool Whip
Caramel Ice Cream Topping drizzled over the whipped cream. It’s ok if some of it goes down into the coffee. You will love it!

Place the hot chocolate mix and instant coffee in a large coffee mug. Most days I use 2 tsp. Boil water or use the large cup feature on the Kuerig coffee maker and pour it over the hot chocolate and coffee that is in the large coffee mug. Give it a good stir. Pour in Italian Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer. Add a large dollop of Cool Whip on top. There you have it! Caution as it may be hot and could burn. When you feel it is safe to drink, sip the Happyccino drawing it through the whipped cream! Ohhhh it is sooooo good and creamy!

I hope you enjoy, and drop me a note if you would like to see different variations of my Happyccino!
