Let's make a Refrigerator Pizza by using those left overs. Make homemade pizza dough using self rising flour and greek yogurt. Roll out the crust, place it in the pan add the sauce and mozzarella cheese. Next is your favorite meat toppings, then grab those left overs from the refrigerator get creative! Be creative and add any left over's from your Refrigerator to your pizza. Ex. Spaghetti, Sloppy Joe's, Hot Dogs, Pulled Pork, or Roast Beef. Roll out pizza dough and place on 12" pizza pan.
Spread pizza sauce on dough, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Add meat toppings, (ex. cooked crumbled sausage, pepperoni) and then add left overs found in your refrigerator. (ex. Rotisserie Chicken, prepared Kraft Macaroni & Cheese) Sprinkle with appropriate cheese. (mozzarella, colby jack, it's your choice) Then add a bit of sauce to amplify the flavor of the left over's. (Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce, Italian Dressing, French Fry Sauce or Ranch Dressing)
Bake in a 450 degree oven 10-12 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.Notes
