The size of this small basket is a perfect catch all for keys and such. The crochet pattern is easy to read and it is very quick to make. It is 22″ around, 8″ tall (including handles) & 7″ diameter. 1/2 yard of fabric and a poster board is needed to make the fabric insert. This design is part of my Valentine’s Week of giveaways at Krissy’s Over The Mountain Crochet and Crafts.
This Facebook live session will show you how to add a fabric covered cardboard liner to any basket. Follow the steps used to make a liner to fit the basket that you make using this crochet pattern. You will need a 1/2 yd of fabric, a poster board, ruler, pencil and glue gun. The Gray Basket and Red Basket patterns can be found on this blog.
Crocheting baskets is one of the easiest things to make. I have several free basket patterns on my blog and My Etsy Shop is full of them! They are so quick! The red basket with handles is the perfect accompaniment to this smaller basket with handles.
