Love this Purple Passion Vintage Crochet Cloche Pattern. Vintage inspired designs are a delight to create. Having my model stand in amongst the hanging baskets in front of the Historic Robey Theater was very fitting. The Robey Theater is in downtown Spencer, West Virginia. We had a good time the day she was modeling the Purple Passion Cloche.
While she was modeling a classmate of hers drove past. You can almost see her hand in the air waving at him. She said, “Oh Hi Josh”. Then she laughed. It was a fun moment. You can see his car in the background of the next photo.
This Vintage Cloche was designed holding to strands of Red Heart Shimmer Yarn, which has been discontinued.
You may have that yarn on hand, if you do it’s a perfect way to use up your stash. You can check out Yarnsub.com to find a similar yarn, or you can hold two strands of DK weight yarn to create this beauty.
