It is my joy to share the Cancer Ribbon Towel Free Crochet Pattern with you. I hope you will experience joy as you make this cancer ribbon towel. You can make it for someone you care about using the color of ribbon that pertains to the cancer they are fighting.
This cancer ribbon towel is a testament to the battle I have fought with breast cancer.
The challenges were great, but I resolved to fight this battle with the Lord on my side. My family and friends were with me all the way, and were such an encouragement to me. They gave me strength to deal with the tough things, and patiently listened to my concerns while I was fighting.
The Cancer Ribbon Towel Free Crochet Pattern is a symbol of hope.
It’s a reminder that we can come together to support one another in our darkest hours. I encourage you to try this crochet pattern for yourself. Crochet this towel as a show of support to your friends or family that are battling cancer..
My journey fighting cancer was easier than most, and I am giving God all the praise that I am cancer free.
The Cancer Ribbon Towel Free Crochet Pattern will be a beautiful addition to my home, but also a reminder of how far I’ve come with the Lord’s help. I hope that together, we can craft hope and support for those who are fighting their own battles with breast cancer, or other forms of cancer.
Another thing happened after my cancer diagnosis. I became determined to make beautiful chemo caps for those in need.
I have added quite a few video tutorials on my Youtube channel. Follow this playlist if you enjoy following video tutorials for my crochet patterns. I have been told by many that they enjoy my style of teaching.
The photo collage below is showing a few of the chemo caps that were designed in the past couple of years.

Cancer Ribbon Towel Free Crochet Pattern
Notes from the Designer:
1. Remember the last few pages of this pattern are for printing purposes. It is written in a way to help you save ink. The font is smaller and the graphs are not included.
2. Each block or x in the graph represents 1 single crochet stitch.
3. You will find partial charts within the pattern that represent a portion of the rows you are working on. All “x” marks indicate a sc stitch.
4. You will need to carry the MC strand of yarn within the stitches. This means you will lay the yarn across the stitches of the previous row. Continue to crochet as if the yarn isn’t there, and your stitches will go around the yarn strand, and will be hidden within the stitching.
5. There is no need to carry the CC yarn. You will always drop it to the wrong side of your work. The wrong side of the work will always be the even numbered rows. See Note: 7
6. Make two bobbins or two small balls of CC yarn. Their use is indicated in the pattern as one ball is CC1 and the second is CC2.
7. Always drop the CC yarn to the back of your work. The odd rows are the Front of your work. The even rows are the back of your work.
Yarn & Supplies:
Any Cotton Dishcloth Cotton yarn will do. I used approx 150 yds, or 1 ball of Lilly’s Sugar & Cream in White, and approx. 90-100 yds , or 1 ball of Yarnspirations Peaches and Cream in Rose.
a) 1: ¾” – 1” Button
b) Sewing needle and thread.
c) Scissors and yarn needle for weaving in ends.
