Vintage Inspired Washcloth #2 – Mini Popcorn

What a delightful Vintage Inspired washcloth. The crochet pattern is intermediate and I think it has a fun stitch. Fellow crochet artists have told me how well they like this mini popcorn stitch. I hope you will try it!

You can pick up the ebook for the entire set which includes the baskets right here. > Ebook .

Crochet Washcloth
(Keep Scrolling for the crochet pattern for the square washcloth)

Wouldn’t you love using this washcloth to pamper yourself, or to give as a gift to someone special? The mini popcorn’s give it a great nubby texture that has such a pretty appearance and is great for scrubbing!

The edging on this washcloth matches the my “Victorian Heirloom Bath Set”. Wouldn’t they be pretty all rolled up and placed into the “Oval Basket”? Then there are the “Victorian Heirloom” jar covers with the matching drop over lace.

Weave lace through the beading and tie in knots at the corner and trim. This is also cute with ribbon bows at the corners. Embellishing these sweet and Fancy Washcloths is so much fun…and they make great gifts too!

Picture Tutorial

When executing the edge round across the bottom row, where the Beginning  CH that has a row of SC worked into it, if you drop below the SC Row, it will look like one row of edging.

Pic1 has an arrow pointing to the opening where you should insert your hook.

Pic 2 is showing how the loop has been drawn up to make the SC.
