The little hat with a fabric tag that matches the flannel skirt is just too cute. The skirt is so easy to sew. You could also add an adorable fat bow on the brim of the hat and a fat bow on the waistband of the skirt, it’s so easy. Make another fat bow and put the second fat bow on an elastic pony tail holder. You will find yourself adding fat bows to everything!
